You're gonna meet a ton of cool people in your lifetime, lord willing. I was blessed to have met great ppl in college. My experiences and relationships at Georgia State University have put me in a great position, especially with my blog. Back in 2008, one of my best friends was in charge of a fashion show for an on campus organization and it was a great success. My job was to find cool media to cover and blog for the event. I reached out to one of those good friends and a little brother I had named Calvin, who brough along his buddies to help cover and assist with the show. Little did I know he and his guys would go on to create one of the more innovative and impressive brands around today.
The Mifland collective is full of designers, film and photography directors, and marketing geniuses. The result of that collective is an amazing product, more specifically the rucksack. I made the investment because I needed a leather backpack and I made the unbiased decision to go with quality. I copped the copper oil/tan rucksack, which came maybe 9 days after I placed my order(because they make them as they're ordered) and I was completely satisfied my purchase. Nothing like the smell of good leather...legit there's nothing like it. The rucksack is made with hand picked vegetable leather and is made to wear like raw denim(it will change according to the conditions its exposed to). The bag looks amazing, it has nice finish, not too shiny, and not quite matte. I can't wait to do the obligatory photo shoot in a dope location with my back turned...lol.
All in all, I'm very proud of these guys and the brand they've created. I urge everyone in the market to make the same investment. For your benefit, please check out the homies at www.mifland.com
